Submission Process

• All the paper submissions will be done through the Microsoft CMT conference management system as per the link provided under submission guidelines.
• Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors sufficiently before the camera-ready paper submission deadline so that they can be accommodated in the final camera-ready paper.
• Prospective authors are invited to submit full (original) research papers (which are NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals) in electronic (pdf, doc/docx) format through the Link provided on the website.
• Prospective authors are requested to submit full-length paper no longer than six (6) pages. Additional charges will be levied for each additional page. The page limit is inclusive of references.
• At least one author needs to present the paper at the conference after acceptance. If he/she fails to present, the paper will not be published in the proceedings.

Minimum Specific Criteria for Selecting Papers

• Plagiarism check using the (Turnitin) and paper will accept if the similarity index in with threshold limits of acceptance (less than 15%-20%)
• On the basis of received review reports, decision of “Acceptance” or “Rejection” will be made.
• The submitted paper must be relevant to the field of tracks and sub-tracks proposed.
• The review process will be blind for authors.

First-time users should do the following:

• Select the New Users - Click Here link.
• Enter the following:

  • your email address
  • a password
• Continue to enter information as prompted.
• An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Plagiarism Policy

ICECSP 2024 will take plagiarism very seriously and regard plagiarism as a professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism with a permissible limit of 15 - 20% through Turnitin Software. Any instance surpassing this threshold will lead to immediate rejection.
